Where can I apply Vinyl?  Vinyl lettering and art decor can be applied to nearly any smooth, non-porous surface.  We only use high quality vinyl for our products. It is approx. 3mm thick material that is very durable and looks great when applied. 

Does vinyl look like paint when applied?   Our matte finished vinyl gives the appearance of painted on lettering, with out the mess!  Our products are ready to apply when you receive them in just a few easy steps.  Your design will look sharp and clean and it can easily be removed without harm to your surface. 

How long will the vinyl last?  Our vinyl products are guaranteed for 2 years, although most indoor applications will look great and last many years after the 2 years.  Our durable outdoor vinyl will also last at least 2 years and longer with proper care. 

Can I custom order a design and or phrase?  Absolutely.  You can create any phrase you want in our custom order tab.  For designs with multiple fonts, overlays or other custom designs simply e-mail your instructions to:  me@wordstostickby.com.  We will design your order and send you a proof before proceeding.  Once you approve the design and quote your masterpiece will be on it's way!

Letter Height  When calculating letter height it is important to remember and consider one very important factor.  The font you choose may have a dramatic effect on the actual size of the words.  Letter height is measured from the top of the tallest point of a letter in the phrase or word to the lowest point in the letter or phrase.  As shown in the example below:

What is your policy and or guarantees?  Our products have a 2 year normal wear and tear guarantee.  In other words, provided you are not scrubbing the letters or intentionally peeling them up we will replace the letters at our expense.  In the case of vinyl for your vehicles, our vinyl should hold up through normal hand washing and automated car wash services for our guaranteed time period.  We will need picture proof of the defect. 

Return Policy  Due to the vast possiblities with our product, once your order has been placed and or your custom order has been confirmed by you, product can not be returned unless there has been an error made on our end.
